voice command side button key
I just bought the E815 2 days ago and the voice command key was working fine - now all of the sudden when I push it - it doesn't do anything - if I hold it down it goes to voice record(which is right)
Is there something wrong with the phone or is there a way to turn that feature back on?

EXCHANGE IT. Seems like Verizon loves to dedicate their customers lives with constant back and forth exchanges. Being Verizon can't ever get anything right the first time around.
