i am able to load my phonebook and calander but i'm unable to upload pictures . is there a setting i need to change . please help

That is all you are suppose to be able to do with Mobile Phone Tools unless you hack your phone software.
Did the instructions say you can upload pictures to the 815?
Pictures can be sent to or from the phone and computer by email.

the phone tools software didn't come with instructions. is there any other way without email. how about a trans card and reader thanks

How does I get my phone to be recognized so I can transfer contacts and datebook? I put the software in and all it does is try to initialize...is there a setting on the phone that needs ahjusted? Also, is there an email client to receive email?

to transfer contacts you dont need to change a setting.what i had to get was modem to be recognized. the only way that happened is i updated the software ,to a moto modem then click on the gteen button on the pic of the phone .

For the 815 to work with MPT, you need to do a Live Update to the latest version and then download and install the USB Modem.
All the instructions and a link to the Driver you need are in an earlier post in this forum. Just do a search for USB Driver and you will find all the information and instructions on how to do it.
The search is on the main page at the bottom and top.
Anytime you have a question on this phone you should do a "search"...
