can someone please help me.... my call drop refuses to work and i have it set to on..the service in my house is very spastic and i drop a lot of calls but it never gives me the "call drop tone"...can someone help...
also...i change the banner and it does not show up... verizon told me that this is normal...no matter what i type in the banner option it just says "verizon wireless" ... thanks for the help with my conerns..

The banner switches back in forth from verizon to whatever you have as your banner. Don't know why it does it mine does it to. Its just the way verizon set the up the phone.
As far as the drop call tone i have no clue, i would take it to a tech. I never turned mine on so i don't know if mine does it or not.
