Missed Calls on External Screen?
Does anyone know if it's possible to set up the external screen so that it doesn't switch to the blacked out clock display after so many minutes? I'd like to set it up this way so that missed calls will stay on the external screen (yes, I'm lazy and prefer not having to open my phone to check for missed calls 😉 ).
I noticed that when the phone is charging, missed calls do remain on the screen.

You know it's funny, on my phone the external display is the blacked out clock display after a period of time, but I was in the verizon store today and I saw a e815 on display that just had the dimmed (signal, GPS, message, battery, time, date) normal display. i checked the s/w version and it's the same as my phone.... and it wasn't pluged in.... so i know it's possible to adjust it but just can't figure how!

Maybe the phone you were looking at was recently flipped closed by someone else before you went over to it.
