Or if the phones have been defective, does Verizon need to keep exchanging until I find a phone that works like it should? I hate to admit, but I have exchanged 4 times, and I'm ready to exchange again for volume probs, and 3 dead pixels on camera(pretty noticeable-I can see having one dead, but three?). Verizon will make you exchange same model 3 times before they will get you a new one. If you bought the phone through a direct vzw dealer than you have a one yr manf warr. After the third swap request a NEW mt instead of a fru(remanuf) that you have been getting. If need be esc this issue to a Supervisor.

All my exchanges have been new. I asked each time, but who really knows for sure.

During your "15" days, your exchange will be NEW, after the 15 days you get a refurbished one up to 1 year.

i have a question for you..how do you know if you have dead pixels in the phone?

When camera is on and in view mode, I see a red, blue and a black dot on the screen. This however does not affect picture, but three dead seems a bit much.
