VCAST opinions?
I'm curious if VCAST will survive.
I am currently on my free 1 month and I really don't see much value in it. I look at the Weather Video clip on the morning dog walk and that is about it.
I can't help but notice that most of the video clip choices also have a price next to them. Currently they are all $0.00, but does that indicate that VZW is going to (at some point in the future) start charging for premium content on top of the $15 month charge???
I can see their model now ... Brittney F'ing Spears new music video ... watch it on your phone for an additional $1.99.
Who finds VCAST useful?? I mean, even as a pure entertainment outlet I don't find myself sitting around exploring what it has to offer ... I think it is kind of s...

Actually, there are/will be music videos available for purchase. You will however be able to save them to your phone's internal memory and watch them whenever for free thereafter.
As far as movie information goes.. How about seeing a preview of it? Or a video review from your choice of 2 or 3 different people?
It would be nice if you could have a bookmark to take you right to the updated clip of your choice though. It takes an excessive amount of button presses just to get to your local weather.
Check out the shows being made for the service. I haven't seen any of them but they might be good. It'd be interesting how someone could make an entire show work in only 5 minutes.
