How Long for delivery????
All the Verizon stores in the DC area are out of stock of the E 815, so I ordered it on-line this past Wednesday, July 13. As of today (Friday) my order status is stil pending. Anyone out there tell me how long it took to get your E 815 from the on-line store?????

Call 877-483-3010 and ask them about the status of your order. They helped me.

I ordered mine on the 8th and got it yesterday because they dont do things on the weekend. They send it Fed ex, so you have to sign for it.

I ordered mine on Sunday the 10th. I live in the DC area and just got an email telling me that my order is on hold because the phone is on back order. They mentioned as soon as it's back in stock, they'll ship or I can call and arrange for other options.

You need to call this number 877-483-3010. Same happened to me. If I didnt call I would still be waiting for it. I called wed I got it today.

I live in North Carolina and I ordered the phone online on Monday the 11th and on Thursday (yesterday) my order status changed from them processing the order to it having been processed and shipped, to be delivered in 2-3 days from Thursday. Hopefully I will receive it on Monday because I don't think they deliver over the weekend, do they? Hope this helps. I'm really looking forward to this phone, hope you guys are too!

I ordered one on Tuesday the 12th, called yesterday the 14th about order since it showed they received but had not processed. After 20 minutes on the phone with a cr, she said they had it taken care of now and would process that afternoon. It showed as processed and I called this morning and got a tracking number and it shipped out of fed x in Mmephis this afternoon. You may want tocall and see if they misplaced your order somehow

I ordered mine on Tuesday July 5, but it didn't ship out from Verizon until Friday, July 8, and although Fed-X tracking showed that it was at the facility in Houston in the early AM of Monday, July 11, I did not actually receive my package until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 12 (or 1 week from time of online order to actual delivery). As someone previously stated, Fed-X doesn't count the weekend.
It was worth waiting for -- I got the $100 credit for New Every 2, and then by ordering online, the $50 rebate was automatically applied, so the phone was absolutely FREE!!!

I just called Verizon. There was a problem with their order processing (at least that is what she said) and they have fallen behind. She resubmitted the order and I should get the phone on Tuesday. So if you have ordered a phone from Verizon this past week, I would recommend that you give them a call.
