What is a good way to sync my e815 with my pc?

Yes. You need to get a usb cable and Motorola Mobile Phone tools. See the previous posting under usb cable for specific instructions as to how to do this. I've done it and it works perfectly. You can only sync your contacts and calendar (Outlook). 🙂
