Word on MoFo from reliable (?) Verizon Employees said that both the E815 & VX8100 will be released on 7/5 rather than 6/27!

Um, this is from the Verizon Infocenter. Why would they post that when it's incorrect? That site is meant for employees of Verizon only, so they have little reason to make things up.

I still have faith in 6/27!! But my local retail stores (2 of them) say they are notified 1 week in advance but, as of yesterday they haven't heard anything... 😕

Ok OK- gang its ONLY a phone-- I have waited this long to use my new every 2, I can wait a bit longer and we all should know that even if the phone comes out 2 hours from the time I post this message, it will be a month before the software is upgraded in the phone to the point where it will consistently work--
slow down, take deep breathes- 10 years ago a 6lbs bag phone and 45 mins a month was a great-deal- and we all really did not think we needed cell phones-- its just a phone-- keep saying it- its just a phone--

I have many reasons- as I am on call 24/7 for my work and I have an elderly parent- but once again its only a phone- and there are always other ways to communciate-- not always as easy as a cell phone but there are work arounds, but I understand wanting new stuff, heck I do too- thats why I have been sitting on a new every two renewal for as long as I have- waiting for a phone I REALLY wanted to come out- not that the 815 is a dream phone but some how I think all those super cool 3G concept phones are just a few more years away- and heck the probably eat up batteries anyway--
