The June issue of Sound & Vision has a large picture and description of the E815 under the heading "New Products Hot Gadgets". It says price to be determined by service provider. Lists motorola.com/us, 866-289-6686.

Here's where I posted a few picture of the E815 and with the V710 side by side. Actually, I had to email it to someone on HoFo to post it cause for some reason HoFo will not allow for me to post the picture, keep saying the size is too big, it's only 150K per photo.

thats awesome man, those are great pictures. im so happy the e815 doesnt have the same lame keypad as the 710. (v710 owner) Looks like you can answer my question as far the keypad on the e815 is it a soft feel like the 710? Thanks in advance!

Great pics I agree, but makes me want to know one thing- is there anyway to remove the ICONS from the screen, so what ever pics you have for wallpaper are visible- without ICONS all over them?? is this a setting or would be a HACK?
thanks!

I know there is a hide icons feature under persaonlize and home screen i know thats for the V710 and i believe the A840 as well and i would imagine for the E815 also. It just hides the icons and you can press the arrow button and it will take you to that destination instead of having the icons show.

Yes, you can definitely hide the icons under personalize and home screen option as you do with the V710. As far as the key pads, it's definitely feel a lot sturdier than the V710. I really didn't know how flimsy the keypad on the V710 until I used the E815. I think the phone is overall much sturdier. As far as the camera on the phone, it has definitely improved from the V710. Once I get my MMS working with a little help from one of the folks on HoFo, I'll forward the picture taken from this phone so everyone can look at it. I don't know for a fact that it's better than the VX8000 like every said since I really don't want that ton of brick around my waist, but I'm sure someone else will chime in on that. I have no problem pairing with my BT h...
