Palm Treo 650 (GSM)

TREO 650 as modem for laptop

I just purchased a TREO 650 today. The reps said that it was possible to connect my laptop to the TREO via the usb cable to use the phone as a modem. They could not actually tell me how to do it. they said it was an underground thing and mentioned this web site. Can someone please help me on completing thin task? Thanks in advanced....

The easiest way to do it is via bluetooth. Buy a motorola usb bluetooth adapter for $75.00. It will run about 120 kbps.
