Is there a simple voice recorder function on the Treo 650?

Does the Treo 650 have a simple voice recorder function? I would like to be able to press a button and record a quick voice memo. If not, is there software available that enables this function? I know you can add a voice recording to an MMS message...

Simple? No...

But if you go to 'Sounds & Alerts', then select "Tones" and press "New", you can record a sound.
