new firm ware impares versa mail

if you use versa mail to snyc your calander do not upgrade the rom on your treo. the new rom 1.08 disables the calander feature on the treo 650

I don't know what wrong with ur system, but my calendar works just fine with the new update. U might need to reset ur outlook
