Help!
I really wanna buy this phone but what is scaring me is that there was an entryof someone saying that they could not make outgoing calls. Is that true or was it just a broken model? I really don't want that to happen to me because this is a really nice phone and $$$ I live in a good coverage area. SHould I have a problem? Does anyone recomend this phone? I will be comming from a Sharp TM-150. Thanks

Man this phone is well worth it. I have the D500 and I haven't had any problems. The only problem you might have is accesing the net. But if you have t-mobile i already have the gprs settings which are not hard to get. The phone is way better, smaller, and hotter then the Sharp TM-150 trust me.

I am in CA, U.S. Sometimes at my home, even with signal, I've had that trouble. Power cycling the phone fixes it, or receiving a call fixes it. Nowhere else have I experienced this while using it for business for four months.
