Samsung SGH-D500
HELP WITH D500 WAP SETTING PLEASE!!!!
Ok, I just got my D500 today, and I must say it is truly beautiful....like a work of art my coworker says. Anyway, as soon as I got it, I called up T-Mobile and asked them to send me the WAP settings, and they said we would have to do it manually, because they dont have the setting available to send for this particular model...so he started giving me stuff to put in piecing it together from other similar phones like the D415. To make a long story short, the settings do not work, and it will just sit there and look and look until it times itself out. DOES ANYONE ELSE WITH A D500 THROUGH TMOBILE HAVE WORKING T-ZONES? If so, can someone please contact me so I can get help setting it up. Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would recommend trying howardforums.com and look in the samsung forum for the wap settings. I'm betting that this new samsung is using wap 2.0 and the settings they are giving you don't include the right IP addresses necessary.

Can you post what settings you used to get t-zones operating. I have been able to get picture messaging to work but not t-zones. Now on another note, how do you feel about the pic quality. I had a sharp TM-150 and though the pics came out a little better at the highest setting. Currently also trying to get my hands on a TM-200

I'm running t-zones on my D500. You have to use the wap 2.0 settings.
