Motorola i930 / i920

HELP PLEASE

Can someone tell me how to get ringtones on my i930, I opened the app,data,and sound folder but where do I actually get the ringtones from and how can i get an video to play on the phone.

ok open the app,data than sound place your ringer there.go to settings notifications than select your ringer. for the video am not so sure have not try it yet.

Ok I got that far but where am I actually getting the ringtones from do I download music off a cd or is it a whole lot of them to choose from, because when I open up everything the sound folder shows nothing, its a blank page.

I just load that songs on my sd memory card from my pc and when I put it in the slot on the phone and update my library it sill show up on the phone, and convert your videos to wma and it will play on the phone
