Nokia 9300 / 9300i
No VIBRATE is a deal-breaker.
I want this phone so bad, but not having the vibrate function is a deal-breaker. I go to restaraunts and bars and other places where I rely on vibrate very much.
Nokia is foolish for including so many features and leaving out the most important one.

I totally agree with you, this phone is still in testing mode in the US so hopefully they make some changes.

I asked Nokia about this and the response was that the sensitive electronics in this phone make the vibrate feature impossible.
Now whether you believe their reasoning or not, it seems to me that this means that the feature is unlikely to be added. I wish it was because I would love to have it too.
