pop-up screen

Nov 21, 2005, 10:17 PM
i've heard everyone say they love the pop-up screen. I've also heard that the screen doesn't lock in place. does this mean that while i'm holding the phone talking to someone with the screen 'out' the screen may simply slide back in and hang up on whomever i'm talking to?

I have this phone and hate it Mad . I've never been able to stop the pop-up messages on the screen, it is uncomfortable, and has poor call quality. I'd have to say the worst problem for me is that the pop up screen will pop up with the slightest bump, and then if one of its keys is hit, it will call the person assigned to that key for speed calling. I've had this stupid phone call three people. I've had to disable the speed calling numbers to stop this from happening. I truly regret getting this phone. I don't like being so negative about things, but I wish I had been warned before buying.

Also never had an issue with the screen accidentally "popping-up"...I keep mine in my front pocket. I imagine if it's in a purse or something similar it could get wedged in between something and pop-up the screen. But both button's have to be pressed simultaneously in order for the screen to pop-up. I did have an experience wi...
