I was having the same problem you have right now for the last 2 months and I finally figured it out.

1) Open Opera Browser
2) Setup
3) Profiles
4) Edit
5) Make Primary Gateway IP 66.209.11.32
6) Make port 8080
7) Save
😎 Touch the media net logo on the screen and wait. If that doesn't work close the browser and open it again.

It worked for me so hopefully you won't have any problem with it.

Thanks for the reply. I, too, have figured out the same thing you have. I appreciate your time in writing back to me, though. Thanks again.
