Use AT&T Version of Phone to Access the Web with Cingular?
I am told by Cingular that this phone will work fine with one of their plans (once it is unlocked) but you will not be able to use it on for the internet. Has anyone bought this phone without an AT&T plan, migrated to a Cingular plan and then successfully used it to surf the web? Are there particular settings that you need to enter into the phone to make it happen?

I'm considering purchasing the phone, unlocking it and then using my Cingular sim so I've been doing research.
if you look through the MoDaCo forum, there seems to be a number of folks who have done this. I'm just trying to figure out if I want the 5600 or wait for the Treo 650.
BTW, I'm off contract so I do have some flexibility. Hope this helps.
