Please help adding pause to PPC-6600 telephone # dialing ,wp Not working

Not sure why but , w or p is not working.

I have a sprint PPC-6600

Please help its driving me nuts

All I want is a couple of a seconds pause before continuing to dial.

e.g. dials 123 then a pause for a couple of seconds before continues 😢 to dial the rest of the number
