DONT GO BACK TO THE 830!! what i would do is either a. bring it to a nextel store to see if they could fix it. b. send it back to motorola to have them look at it.
ok, well i dont think there is a problem with your phone but if you think there is you can a. go to a nextel store to see if they can fix the problem or whatever(call up nextel too to get their input) b. if they cant fix it call up motorola's iden department and see if they will do a door to door service and ship it to motorola to see if they can fix that problem.
