i just went to the verizon store last night to look at the v265 its not a solid phone at all feels like you can break it if you hold it to tight and the volume is no where near as loud as the lg phones

your looking at the toy version not the real deal. The volume is very loud you can adjust it to what evelevel you want it. maybe your deaf. I have the phone and sometimes its too loud!

i would have to agree with Danthalas -
i've actually turned the volume down on several calls - and i keep it at a steady "5"
also - the speakerphone is GREAT - clear, can set the phone down on the desk in front of me and speak in a normal tone with the other person not noticing a drop in quality.

maybe im just use to the volume on my lg6000 which i feel is much louder and clearer or it was a defective phone i tried at verizon

maybe, i believe they are equally loud. v265 is a good phone not great but very good. the only bad thing is the screen and camera. thats it
