Connecting with mobile PhoneTools

When i attempt to connect my phone to the computer using Mobile Phone Tools and a USB cable it does not work. The program initializes the installation of the phone and after about 80% of the installation it quits and goes into the main program, The cheap phone graphic where you control all the options, and say "initializing....." but never connects. Any ideas on what to do?

Yup. Call Tech Support. 🙂 I had to, they were very helpful and the hold time wasn't very long.
