help! i cant send media messages or access the internet from my V3 RAZR

my service provider is TMOBILE
and i am using a black motorola V3 razr. the phone itself is an unlocked CINGULAR v3.

for some reason i cant send picture messages and i cant connect to the internet.

any ideas?!
