Just got a new RAZR and i was trying all of the things on the main menu. I clicked media net and when it was connecting I stopped it and then said aprroximately 1000 bytes were tansferred. Does that mean i have to pay for this?

You can lock the web so you have to enter a four digit unlock code to access it. Then you will not accidently connect. Thats what I did.
Menu
settings
security
lock application
the preset code is 1234
go down to web access and lock it.
Next time you try to access the web you will have to type in the 1234 code to access.
No more accidental web connections!

You can also ask Cingular to disable web connectivity. Then, if you ever decide you want that functionality, just have them turn it back on.
