Razr Keyboard Lock

My keyboad completely locked on my RAZR. The only button that works is the on/off. Any idea of how to reset it? I can't get into any menus. Thanks!

HELP! I'm having the same problem! Cingular Customer Service is USELESS! My phone had been working fine when all of a sudden it made a tone, then my keyboard was locked - no keys respond other than on/off.

This JUST happened to my Razr...can anyone help??? Taking the battery & sim card out to reboot has had NO effect on it whatsoever!!! 😳

The phone comes with the keyboard lock password as 1234. If that doesn't work, I'm sorry! 🤭
