Help with minor problem, please

Everything on my Razor works perfectly except when I go to "Games and Apps" I get a "please wait" dialog box and I just cant't get in. The hourglass flips for a minute or two and then I get some picture in my gallery.

The manual is useless...anyone able to help me?

Not sure.
I bought it on eBay from a dealer in Washington State.
Label says:
CE
Type: MQ3-4411H11
If that doesn't answer the question, please tell me how to find out.
