Motorola RAZR V3
Multilingual phone?
On this website, www.expansys-usa.com, they say that the V3 phone is multilingual. Is this just a foreign import phone and the U.S. version will be different, or will all V3's be the same??

I spoke to someone at Expansys yesterday. I already purchased the Asian version of this phone from Cellular Concepts.
The phone being sold by Expansys is the Euro version. I have been told the same thing by 5-6 different sources.... there is no difference between these phones. Except... I can tell you first hand the Asian version has small chinese characters on the keypad next to the normal numbers and letters. Also, software is wired for the chinese so in some menus under certain conditions chinese characters come up. Not often and hasn't caused any problems.
After spending close to $1K for this phone my advice would be...
-wait for the Cingular version which you will likely be able to get for under $500. Expansys said they wo...
