Okay, I know this question has been posted already but , has anyone figured out how to get rid of that annoying verizon wireless banner yet??..thanks

The web page in that thread has been removed however, at least it was the last time I checked. Basicly it provided the steps to edit the eri.bin file in your phones system file. You have to use a program like WinHex to edit it.
Do some more searches on www.cellphonehacks.com and I bet you'll find some more answers. If I get some time today I'll try and round up some more links.
