Shoter amount of rings before voice mail message

I've tried setting the auto-answer but phone still rings 9 or 10 times b/4 going into message.

Call Verizon customer service and they can adjust that for you.

all you have to do is call customer service and tell them that you want less rings before the voicemail.

so if i wanted longer rings customer sevice can do that too?? i'd like to have 8 or 9 rather tan the 5 i have now.
