LG VX-8000

I really like this phone a lot. I dont care about the size the quality of the screens are perfect. my problem is when i have spkr enabled and i answer a call I cant hear the person calling me unless i fiddle with the volume on the side of the phone. It happens sometimes not for every call. Its very strange. Besides that I have no complaints. N e suggestions and does n e bodyelse have this problem?
