Voice dial doesn't work when using headset? -- Anyone else notice this?
I recorded all my voice dails and today went to retrieve a voicemail. I had my headset on and hit the button on the side with the flip closed. I could hear it prompt me through the headset and I asked for "voicemail" --- it beeped like it didn't recognize the command and asked again. It worked fine if I didn't use the headset.
I tried this with two seperate headsets (in case one wasn't working) and it didn't connect with either headset.
Has anyone else noticed this or do I have re-record all my voice dials using the headset? If that's the case, will it recognize voice dial commands when I don't use the headset?

I recorded all my voice dials with out headset and when i have headset on with flip closed and use it, it works fine.

I also have the same problem at times. I have the Plantronics over the head/ear headset. It never works when I have the cigarette lighter charger in. It sometimes works when it is out. I thought it maybe was my headset, obviously it's not.

actually, I re-recorded all my voice contacts with the headset and now it works a little better (although it sometimes doesn't recognize voice-dials without the headset).

I re-recorded all of my voice mails in the truck through the headset and it works perfectly now. I even tried it without the headset and it doesn't quite work as well. If I had to pick, I would rather it work in the truck since that is where I use the voicedial.
