Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to get MP3's into the tunes folder when you press the button on the outside of the phone, any help would be appreciated, Thanks

I haven't done this myself, but a friend of mine did it by using a program called bitpim. But be careful, you only have approximately 40MB for MP3's. If you try to overload it, you will send your phone into an endless restart that cannot be fixed.

how is that? is that better F34R? I provided help. All i did was go to Google and search "Mp3s on LG VX8000" and hey what do you know the google engine FINDS what i searched for...WOW isn't that weird...all im sayin is next time do a little searching before you post question already asked and answered

Dude, settle down -- there are always going to be new people on the boards who ask their questions looking for some kind of guidance. While doing a search may help them answer their own questions, it's still alright if they ask them. You've asked your fair share of questions I'm sure, most likely without doing a search for each answer. Just let people ask their questions, that's what this board is for. If you don't want to read it or give an answer, then move on... 🙄
