ok..i just got the phone...and after playing with it for a while. im not satisfied..the picture quality is not good..it looks blurry. and when i use the flash..it makes my face look blue.

There are many threads with tips on taking pictures. Make sure the area is very well lit, make sure you have the dial by the lens set to the person (not the flower), and hold the camera very still. You can also try messing around with the settings.

What's the difference between the flower and the person. Is the flower for shots of nature or outdside and the person is obviously for people right?

Try messing around with the ISO settings for the blurry ness of moving subjects. The higher the ISO the less blurryness you will get for moving subjects but the picture is a bit more grainy. I haven't figured out how to get the flash not to make people blue. Maybe try the white balance.
