A couple questions
It's possible to transfer data and stuff via the USB cable right? It works the same as the Transflash card? If it does...where can I get this USB cable?

You can sync the contact list and the scheduler but can not transfer picutures, video or other data with the USB cable. Verizon has disabled any other USB features.
Thats why the mini SD card is very handy and a BIG advantage on the Audiovox 8940 and the Moto 710. But the 710 has a LOT of other problems that would make it unacceptable, and it has a VERY high price!
If you are going to be taking a lot of pictures, ringtones or transfering other data, you may want to consider the 8940 or expect to incur a lot of extra ...

So, the USB can't transfer pics etc...that sucks...is there any other way around transfering files to and from the phone to a comp without using the email thing because I've tried that a couple times with the v710 and it sometimes says that the attachment has been dropped 😡 ...
But if there isn't another way, I'd have to send mp3 ringtones etc...via the #@vzwpix.com?
