Trimode and speakerphone

Does anyone know why LG doesn't do premium phones in trimode, or why they deprive versions like the 7000 of speakerphones? I live near Manhattan and still find that trimode phones work much better, and there are so many advantages I don't get why they put in gadgets and neglect basics.

One post here says he heard there may be a trimode option. Anyone know anything about it?

I cant say why Lg doesnt do tri-mode phones to often but I can tell you the Lg-6100 is coming out soon & it is tri-mode.

If you want trimode phone, you really need to look at the new VX6100. I live in Kansas City, Missouri, and majority of the places I go does required a trimode phone. In fact, I'm scheduled to receive my VX6100 Monday. This phone has camera, speaker phone, voice dial, driving mode, etc. I'm like you, I don't need all the other gadget except a camera will be nice, but it's not required. I figured if I want good quality digital pictures, why spend $500 for a cell phone, instead, I can get a really nice digital camera. As far as games and tones, you have to pay a lot for those gadget too. I guess it all depend on what you are looking for. My opinion is, if you don't need trimode phone, then get the lastest and greatest digital phone, otherwise, ...
