ROM Update

has anyone actually got this update to work on their mpx220at home? i tried 10 times and it kept failing. I have a new sony vaio with xp and the update always fails. i called motorola, and they couldn't give me an answer.

I have done it multiple times on multiple phones. No problems. Run to www howardforums com and check out the Microsoft Smartphone section. Research.

i just sent it back to moto, i did everything right so it must be the phone itself
