Best Buy, Motorola - 0/3 !!!

I went to Best Buy today to exchange my MPX220 for a new one. The one I bought had volume and stability issues. I ended up trying two other phones. The volume on both of them was far worse than the original. I ended up returning the phone...

Now I have a 256 MB SD card and a bluetooth headset on the way, with no phone to use them on...

I should also note that I test drove the Audiovox SMT 5600 but found the main navigation control to be very annoying. I will wait for Motorola to fix the MPX220 and buy another one although I should disown Motorola for shipping a large batch of unusable phones.

We hope you find this information helpful. For further information about this or any other subject, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Division at 1-800-331-6456 from Mondays to Fridays 8am to 7pm CST. Also, for other products, you may visit our web site at www.motorola.com.
