Had to exchange - No Service

FYI - Yesterday I had to exchange my phone because it said "No Service" even though it was showing reception. I thought it was a problem with my Cingular account, but it was the phone. Now I DO have a problem with my account, because during my calls to customer service, they tried to reset my account. Due to the merger, it's taking a long time for transactions to be processed.

So if you get No Service showing up where it says Cingular, you most likely have a phone problem.
