Battery Power

Just curious... on average, how long does everyone's battery last after a full charge. I think I have a problem with mine b/c after a full charge I'm only able to use the phone for about 2 hours before it completely dies out. Is anyone else experiencing this. I just got the phone about 4 days ago. The V710 battery power sucks compared to that of my LG4400. What do u all think?

Well it's officially rated at 173 talk-time minutes (2 hours, 53min) and with my bluetooth headset on 24/7 I've gone 2hours, 25 minutes before... If you do straight talk-time, no playing around with the camera or the backlight and stuff, the battery should last 2 and 1/2 hours or so but people don't seem to realize that playing around with the phone open, backlight on etc, wastes tons of battery life which drastically shortens talk-time minutes...

Well, I've been able to go two days without charging it (All my other phones batteries would die after a day). By the end of the first day, I would have 2 of the 3 bars left, and by the end of the second day, it would shut off. I make about 25-30 minutes of calling a day, a little bit of mobile web, watch the 3 episodes of South Park I put on the phone (not everyday, of course) and every once in a while (but not often) Express Network (tehe, for free). I was generally suprised by the battery life.

The other factor to consider is bluetooth. If you have a BT headset and leave the bluetooth power on, on the phone all the time, it will drain the power faster even when you are not actively using it. If you are not using the BT, go into the settings and turn the power off, and it should extend your battery life.
