Transflash freeze
Ok, now my phone is freezing up every time I put the transflah card in. Do you think it's something on the card that would cause that or should I take the phone back ? Or do you think this problem will be solved when and if they do a flash to all V710's ?

I've only had my transflash for a day, so I can't say I've had the same problem, but does it look like the contacts on the card are scratched?
If not, do you put the card in while the phone is on or do you turn it off? I only remove and insert the card with the phone off and I haven't had any problems. I didn't want to try it with the phone on for fear that something bad would happen. Kind of like pulling a chip on a PC with it on. I'm not sure this would cause a problem. I just don't want to take any chances.

I have also only had my transflash card for a few days but I have been able to insert and remove the card with the phone powered on without any trouble.

I had the same problem. The tech support from verizon told me that it was soft. problem. I called Motorola tech support they did not know anything about it. I went back to Verizon to exchange the phone after exchange it was doing the same thing(freezing up). What i did was went out and bought Sandisk Memory Card reader/writer and got rid off my cheap piss of sh** one, reformatted card again. NOW IT WORKS GREAT.
