Motorola V710

I was using it in my car with Bluetooth.

Now, if someone calls or if I call someone - I can't hear the person, and I also don't hear it ring [even though its on Loud].

Also, anyone know where you can get phone tools?

Apparently the synch tool they sold me 1 year ago is now obsolete.
