In the user reviews I've read in some posts that this phone has low ear piece volume. Can anyone who has this phone share some information on how the volume at the ear piece is when talking to someone else. (I don't want a phone that I cannot hear the other party on)

Thx

That is my only complaint about this phone. And yes, the volume is low. HOPEFULLY a s/w update will cure this problem!

I Always hoped for the same with the T720, but it never happened. 🙄

At first I thought this phone volume was really low, but found that it was the way I was holding it that was the problem. If you think of putting the microphone end of the phone near your mouth, the earpiece end slides down kind of into your ear and you can hear much better! Maybe not quite as loud as my old startac though.

I'll second that -- I have a hearing loss, and when I learned to hold the phone correctly to my ear, all is fine.
