yes, speakerphone,bluetooth, mp3, camera, video

all very important..

lets not forget the most important thing that the V710 should have or should not have.

THE DAYMN motorola phonebook.

and you all previous motorola owners know what i'm talking about it.

Previous motorola phones V60, 720, 730

would had 4 differnt entries for one person.
and when u go in the phone book for example:
it would say

john-mobile
john-home
john-office.

all other phone manufactures, lg esp are so much more user friendly..

is the V710, sticking to its predecessors when it comes down to the phone book ?

if you mean if all the numbers can be stored under one name, and you can scroll through the dif ones (home, mobile, work, etc.), then it does have it

it is originally set up to be like

John- Mobile
John- Home

But you can set it up so is the other way

John- Mobile/Home

I don't know if this is what your talking about, but thats what i got out of it

It has that. I was confused by this at first as well. You have to go into your phone book, go into the menu, go down to setup and change view from "All Contacts" to "Primary Contacts." then you will only see the primary number for each name. If you want a different number, you select the contact and go right or left to find the number you want. You can then "set primary" for home or mobile or whichever one you want.

Yes, I did the same. Most screens on the V710 are customizable. You just have to play around with each screen. That's one of the things I like about it - every phone can be a little different according to your preference.

Yet another reason I'm happy with my purchase. 😁
