does anyone have the software for the phone!

I have phone tools 2.0. I can only sync my contacts and calendar to and from the phone and pc. The media functionality which should allow the download of ringers, mp3s, or screensavers is diabled! I am dissapointed. Please advise with any updates.

Are you using bluetooth to sync the phone or a cable? If Bluetooth how did you get it to work?

Where did you get the USB cable? is it an actual motorola or some other brand?

When you sync your contacts and calendar, does the software improve upon the calendar? I know Outlook holds more info than the orig. phone's calendar allows for. Is there any impovement or does it compress it? Where did you get your software?
