Whats is up with you people. Most of you are acting like kids. Its like a Furby or Tickle Me Elmo for adults.I give it about 2 months(right before "xmas shopping time" that it will be old and be discontinued by January.Mark my works. Save my post.I am here to say, Fuc$ the V710, don't let them sucker you in.Think about more then the phone.Think about the new contact you will be signing, the fact of the service, your kids, your love life.I know the V710 has cut off my love life. 👿 Da$m you V710. Oh, side note. The KOI is where it will be when V710 dies out. 😁

Koi isn't gonna be in the same ballpark as the V710.

Koi:
Half Duplex Speakerphone
No MP3 Playback
No Bluetooth
No PC Sync
No Memory Expansion
The list goes on...

Explain to me again how it's going to blow away the V710. The only thing that might compare is the VX8000. I'd compare the Koi to the damn Kyocera Slider phone that's out now.

One I never Said it would blow it away.I have the SE 47 now. I am just look at how phone go.

V710 compared to KOI:

V710 is heavier.
V710 is bigger.
V710 has less talk battery life(I know you will be using that feature up with v710).
V710 has 10MB of memory where KOI has 16MB,
KOI comes with games.
KOI camera can be covered

Koi camera feature:
5x digital zoom
self-timer
multi-shot
white balance functions

V710 Camera feature:
video clips up to 3 minutes

I think I know the problem... you assume that I want to buy a phone as opposed to a communications device. Let me clarify for, if I may, all of us. We want a phone. Something that will enhanse our communication with the world. The camera is a nice touch, or what I like to call gravy. If I wanted a zoom, timer, etc... I would by a camera.

tell me how the v710 "enhanse communication" better than any other phone.Name 3 things that is an enhansement that other phones don't have. All it is looks and feature...f@#$ communication. Also, that your choose for wanting the phone..not everyone esle.

Yes, but you have insisted on comparing the "Camera." The Camera is gravy. The v710 is the only color CDMA bluetooth phone. Having bluetooth alows me less cables when I travel and need to use my laptop to dial in to work, or to be able to drive without holding it to my face.

I could care less about the camera. But the other features (Independant Voice, Bluetooth, etc...) make this an attractive offer to purchase through Verizon.

Now, if you want another phone. Good for you, and I hope you like it. But to come in here and think that you are going to sway the opinions of those who want to purchase this phone with your current quality of posts is obsurd.

Remember kids, only you can help reduce the signal-to-noice ratio.

I am not against the phone.Just against people making it out to be god. Also, all Bluetooth does is just make human even more lazy.

Well, seeing as you failed to capitalize the word, I guess it must not be that big of a concern or issue for you.

Second, please elaborate how it makes the humans as a race that much more lazy. I fail to see the logic in your statement, and it seems to follow your pattern of posting usless bunk.

There is nothing wrong with people being excited about something. Whether that be a new house, car, whatever. Yes, some people are more over the top than others, but in the end doesn't that make us more... human?

Last time I checked the 710 also had a self-timer and white balance functions. And no one wants to use digital zoom, because, well, it sucks. However the 710 does have a 4x digital zoom.

Not to mention further proof of Power-Drive's losing battle with grammar, syntax, spelling and punctuation.
