Swap website sucks!! FUC_IN Verizon!!

I swear im pissed. Finally the papers come back and I log on to the website. First of all its slow and takes 45 minutes to get to the final step. I guess this is expected. But then error on webpage everything is erased. An hour down the drain. Is it me or they just want people to give up so they dont need to replace any phones.

yea, i got the same error. i called online customer service and they said they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it. they didnt know when it would be fixed by. i wonder if this is being done on purpose..but it is rather annoying
