Settlement questions
Hi all, havent been to this forum since this phone was first being released..been awhile 🙂
Anyways, Im considering sending in my settlement so I can upgrade to the RAZR which is supposed to hit shelves in the next couple weeks...but now Im hearing that we wont get credited/refunded until the settlement ends which is in january or february.
With that being said, we will have to shell out the money for a new phone now (unless we keep this phone until jan/feb ... then when we get credited the money, it wont really do us anygood. I suppose it would be nice to pay a few months phone bills with the credit but that is kind of boring.
Have alot of you sent your agreement in already? I also have tons of accessories (extended battery, tran...

There is a deadline for when the paperwork has to be sent in. I would send it in right now regardless of your decision.
I personally had to goto VZWs website and print mine since they never mailed it to me.
If you bough accessories from some person on ebay they probably won't be covered. However, if it's a retail store doing business on ebay then there is a chance.
And yes, you won't see anything from this settlement until January at the very earliest.
