How do I know if I'm part of the litigation settlement???
I downloaded the claim form, filled it out and mailed it in to Verizon. Does this automatically make me a recipient? My phone was purchased from Radio Shack when the first came out.

From what I understand that is for the Claims Administrator to figure out. If you are declined they'll send you information stating so.

So if I sent that in, that is all I need to be on file. What would be the reason for denial? Do I need to contact the attorneys?

No.
You don't contact anyone. Your contact was the form that was sent in.
The settlement only covers a certian time period therefore if you didn't get your cell phone within that period you will not be eligbile.
